Endorsement of the Gender Dividend Declaration involves agreeing to and signing the following statement:

"I or We, the undersigned, endorse the Gender Dividend Declaration. I/We embrace the spirit and aims of the document. We pledge to join the partnership for the empowerment of women in the 21st Century and to work for the realization of the values and principles of the Gender Dividend Declaration."

Additionally, it is foreseen that an Endorser will:

1. Actively promote the Gender Dividend Declaration and follow one or all its Action Points.

2. Contribute to the Gender Dividend Declaration-inspired action projects in whatever way they can.

3. Implement the Gender Dividend Declaration in his/her professional work and personal life.
