
Introductory Meditation Class (Meditation for Beginners)
We offer an introductory meditation class for new practitioners on the First Wednesday of each month (6:00 - 7:00pm). The introductory class will explore basic meditation techniques such as breathing, posture, and basic theory. It includes sitting, walking and chanting meditation followed by a Q&A period.
This is especially appropriate for beginners wishing to explore Buddhist meditation. This is a drop-in class; no registration is required.
Fee by donation ($10 suggested donation)
*Note: There is no Intro-Class in September.
Individual Instruction
For those who cannot join our public gatherings, our Reverends offer hour-long individualized instruction at the temple to anyone who wants to learn how to meditate and the Buddha’s teachings.
